在不大的锻造车间内,烟气和瓦斯气是造成车间空气不好、工作条件恶化的重要原因。这种现象在大型锻造车间也会发生,特别是在冬季,由于天窗和腰窗都关着,空气不流通,所以这种情况特别严重。直接从加热炉把烟气吸出的抽风系统,对改善车间作业条件有很大的作用。但是,如果在锻工炉上没有完善的排烟罩,那末即使是最好的通风系统,也不可能把烟气全部排出去。
In the not-forging workshop, flue gas and gas are the main reasons that the workshop is in poor air and working conditions are deteriorating. This phenomenon can also occur in large forging shops, especially in winter, as skylights and waist windows are closed and the air is out of circulation, so this situation is particularly serious. Exhaust system that draws the flue gas directly from the heating furnace has a great effect on improving the working conditions in the workshop.
