社会工作在当代中国日益得到重视,但与被全社会全面理解与接受仍有一段距离。如何使社会工作价值体系中国化,是值得深入思考的问题。本文提出,以儒家为本的社会工作价值体系建设将是我国社会工作本土化的正确方向。事实上,儒家文化在当代社会的复兴是一种必然趋势,将美国社会工作伦理守则与儒家基本价值进行比较,可以得出以儒家为本的价值体系与社会工作的价值观高度一致的结论。因此,本文倡导建立以儒家为本的社会工作价值体系并使这套伦理准则在中国文化的体系里面得到支持,使具有历史传承的中国文化思想来补充和发展社会工作思想。与此同时,借助于社会工作,儒家在中国社会的再认识和再发现也将是一个重要机遇。也就是说,不仅社会工作要吸收融合儒家精神,儒家复兴力量也要主动寻求社会工作,通过社会服务这一途径来重新复归。
Social work is gaining more and more attention in contemporary China, but it is still far from being fully understood and accepted by the whole society. How to localize the value system of social work is a question worth pondering deeply. This paper proposes that the construction of social value system based on Confucianism will be the correct direction for the localization of social work in our country. In fact, the revival of Confucianism in contemporary society is an inevitable trend. Comparing the American Code of Ethics for Social Work with the basic values of Confucianism, we can conclude that the Confucianism-based value system is highly consistent with the values of social work. Therefore, this article advocates the establishment of a social value system based on Confucianism and supports this set of ethical principles in the system of Chinese culture, so that Chinese cultural thoughts with historical inheritance can complement and develop social work thoughts. At the same time, with the help of social work, the re-cognition and rediscovery of Confucianism in Chinese society will also be an important opportunity. In other words, not only should social work absorb and integrate Confucianism, the Confucian Revival Power must actively seek social work and resume it through social service.
