目的 观察磁疗结合化疗药物表阿霉素对小鼠S180 肿瘤模型的治疗效果。方法 6 0只S180 荷瘤小鼠随机分 4组 :磁疗 +化疗组 ,单纯化疗组 ,单纯磁疗组和空白对照组 ,每组 15只。于接种后 2 4h分别进行各项处理 ,10d后处死动物分离瘤块 ,称湿重并作病理检查。结果 磁疗 +化疗组肿瘤湿重 (0 .32± 0 .13) g ,显著低于各组 ,单纯磁疗组 (0 .95± 0 .42 )g、单纯化疗组 (0 .49± 0 .2 2 ) g亦显著低于空白对照组 (1.5 5± 0 .6 7) g。病理检查可见磁疗 +化疗组肿瘤坏死最明显。 结论 磁疗结合化疗组具有显著的抑瘤效果 ,磁疗可作为肿瘤治疗的辅助手段。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of magnetic therapy combined with chemotherapy drug epirubicin on mouse S180 tumor model. Methods Sixty S180 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: magnetic therapy + chemotherapy group, chemotherapy group alone, magnetic therapy alone group and blank control group, 15 in each group. All treatments were performed 24 h after inoculation, and the animals were sacrificed 10 days later. The wet mass was removed and the pathological examination was performed. Results Wet weight of magnetic therapy + chemotherapy group (0.32 ± 0.13) g was significantly lower than that in each group. The magnetic group alone (0.95 ± 0.44) g and chemotherapy alone group (0.49 ± 0) .2 2) g was also significantly lower than the control group (1.5 5 ± 0.67) g. Pathological examination showed that tumor necrosis was most obvious in the magnetic therapy + chemotherapy group. Conclusion Magnetic therapy combined with chemotherapy has a significant anti-tumor effect, magnetic therapy can be used as an adjunct to tumor therapy.
