针对TS-883型原油脱钙剂存在腐蚀性的问题,研制开发了两种配套缓蚀剂,采用静态密闭浸泡实验法,评价了加入缓蚀剂的原油脱钙剂水溶液对20#碳钢的腐蚀性,并与国外同类型脱钙剂产品进行了对比。结果表明,在相同实验条件下TS-883型原油脱钙剂水溶液对20#碳钢的腐蚀速率为0.8139 mm/a,而加入两种缓蚀剂后腐蚀速率分别降为0.1628和0.1678 mm/a,缓蚀效果达到甚至优于国外同类型产品的水平。 Aiming at the corrosion of TS-883 crude oil decalcification agent, two kinds of supporting corrosion inhibitors were developed.
