我们采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)检测肾小球疾病患者的血清和尿液中假尿嘧啶核苷(Spu和Upu)水平,并计算其清除率(Cpu),探讨其在肾小球疾病中的临床意义。材料和方法 1.材料:肾小球疾病患者30例,按Scr增高(大于对照组+2s)或Ccr减低(小于对照组-2s)与否分为两组:(1)GN Ⅰ组:肾小球功能受损代偿组,无上述指标异常;共9例。男1例、女8例;(2)GNⅡ组:肾小球功能受损失代偿组,至少有上述指标之一异常,共
We detected the levels of Spu and Upu in serum and urine of patients with glomerular diseases by RP-HPLC and calculated the clearance rate (Cpu) Clinical significance of glomerular diseases. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Materials: Thirty patients with glomerular disease were divided into two groups according to whether Scr increased (+ 2s in control group) or Ccr decreased (-2s in control group): (1) GN Ⅰ group: Coronary function impaired compensatory group, no abnormal above indicators; a total of 9 cases. 1 male, 8 female; (2) GN Ⅱ group: glomerular dysfunction compensation group, at least one of the above indicators were abnormal, a total of
