硒的形态分析 (含价态 )在环境、生命科学以及食品、医药卫生方面具有重要意义 .为了了解土壤水溶态和可交换态中硒具体价态以及相关价态含量 ,通过实验优化了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定条件 ,直接测定Se(Ⅳ )和定量还原后测总无机硒 ,差减法测得Se(Ⅵ )量 .对两种供试土壤的水溶态和可交换态硒存在的价态及含量进行了报道 ,方法简便可行
