北京市轨道交通大兴线轨道工程80%以上为地下线,且存在较多的特殊减振结构,具有施工难度大,工期紧的特点。作为建设方,通过对施工筹划、工程质量、进度及轨行区实施有效的管理,保障了工程建设的顺利完成。施工筹划方面重点介绍铺轨基地的选址与建设、制定详细的施工总体计划、合理的资源配置等内容;工程质量方面介绍质量保证体系、工程材料管理、施工工序控制、工程质量评定等;进度管理方面主要介绍材料进度和施工进度的内容,制定了详细的轨行区施工作业调度管理办法加强轨行区的协调管理,取得了良好的效果。
