通过沙培试验,研究氮素不同形态配比对红花芽菜产量,生物学产量,芽菜胚轴长,胚根长,胚轴粗,侧根数及硝酸盐积累量的影响。结果表明,营养液中适宜的硝铵比(50/50)有利于红花芽菜的生长发育,芽菜具有最大生物量;在硝铵比(100/0)和硝铵比氮(25/75)处理下,芽菜鲜重及产量均显著降低,不同硝铵比的氮素营养对芽菜氮素代谢影响显著。
The effects of different forms of nitrogen on yield, biological yield, sprout axis length, radicle length, hypocotyls, lateral root number and nitrate accumulation in safflower were studied by sand culture experiment. The results showed that the optimum ammonium nitrate ratio (50/50) in nutrient solution was beneficial to the growth and development of safflower sprouts, and the sprouts had the maximum biomass. Under the conditions of ammonium nitrate ratio (100/0) and ammonium nitrate ratio (25/75 ), The fresh weight and yield of sprouts decreased significantly, and the effect of nitrogen nutrition on the nitrogen metabolism of sprout was significant.
