考察巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2对有机磷、无机磷的降解效果,比较巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2、乳酸芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌对土壤有效磷化的作用差异。研究不同浓度的巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2对土壤有效磷化的作用效果。结果表明:巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2具有很强的降解有机磷、无机磷的能力,有效磷含量分别为对照组的25倍、22倍。巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2在土壤中的解磷效果最好,土壤有效磷含量由19.0 mg/kg增至34.5 mg/kg。不同浓度的巨大芽孢杆菌JD-2在土壤中均具解磷效果,接入土壤起始浓度106CFU/g最适宜。
The effects of Bacillus megaterium JD-2 on the degradation of organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus were investigated. The effects of Bacillus megaterium JD-2, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis on soil available phosphating were compared. The effects of different concentrations of Bacillus megaterium JD-2 on soil available phosphating were studied. The results showed that Bacillus megaterium JD-2 had strong ability of degrading organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus, and the effective phosphorus content was 25 times and 22 times as that of the control group respectively. Bacillus megaterium JD-2 had the best phosphorus-releasing effect in soil, and the content of available phosphorus in soil increased from 19.0 mg / kg to 34.5 mg / kg. Different concentrations of Bacillus megaterium JD-2 in the soil with a phosphate solution, access to the initial soil concentration of 106CFU / g the most appropriate.
