本研究旨在观察我国华南地区汉族人群醛固酮合成酶 (CYP1 1B2 )基因 344C/T多态性与高血压病 (EH)相关性。 方法 以 1 36例原发性高血压病 (EH组 )和 1 1 0例健康查体者 (对照组 )为对象 ,测定相关临床指标 ;应用多聚酶链式反应 (PCR)、限制性内切酶方法检测CYP1 1B2 基因的多态性分布。 结果 EH组CYP1 1B2 基因 334C/T多态性与对照组比较基因型和等位基因分布均无显著性差异。 结论 CYP1 1B2 基因 344C/T多态性与我国华南地区汉族人群的EH发生无相关性
This study aimed to observe the association between 344C / T polymorphism of aldosterone synthase (CYP1 1B2) gene and hypertension (EH) in Chinese Han population in South China. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with essential hypertension (EH group) and 110 healthy controls (control group) were enrolled in the study. The clinical parameters of the patients were determined. The clinical data of the cases were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), restriction endonuclease Methods The polymorphism distribution of CYP1 1B2 gene was detected. Results The genotype and allele distribution of CYP1 1B2 334C / T polymorphism in EH group were not significantly different from those in control group. Conclusion There is no correlation between 344C / T polymorphism of CYP1 1B2 gene and EH in Han nationality in South China
