次氯酸钠与二氯异氰尿酸钠复方消毒液含有效氯1.5%。用悬液定量杀菌试验检测其杀灭微生物效果。以其含有效氯 150 mg/ L溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌分别作用 2 min、 5 min、7 min,杀灭率≥99.95%。含有效氯 2000 mg/ L该液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 40 min,杀灭率达100%;芽胞液中含 25%或 50%小牛血清者需作用 80 min。含有效氯 800 mg/ L该液作用 10 min,可将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该液原包装于54℃存放4周,有效氯下降率为3.16%。该液对不锈钢和铜无腐蚀,对碳钢与铝均有腐蚀。
