[目的]观测绞股蓝对小鼠皮肤光老化保护作用。[方法]将昆明种小鼠60只随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(维生素E组)、绞股蓝低、中、高剂量组,10只/组。除正常对照组外,各组均每日用8-甲氧补骨脂素(8-MOP)联合UVA建立小鼠皮肤光老化模型,造模前给予皮肤分别涂抹维生素E、绞股蓝提取液,造模后24 h内取皮肤组织。观测组织谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、氧化产物过氧化氢(H2O2)、皮肤组织羟脯氨酸(HYP)。[结果]绞股蓝可提高光老化模型小鼠皮肤组织GSH-Px和CAT活性和HYP含量,降低H2O2含量。[结论]绞股蓝对皮肤光老化具有保护作用。
[Objective] To observe the protective effect of Gynostemma on skin photoaging in mice. [Method] Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive control group (vitamin E group), Gynostemma low, medium and high dose group, 10 / group. Except for the normal control group, mice were treated with 8-methoxy-psoralen (8-MOP) and UVA daily to establish skin photoaging model in mice. The skin was given with Vitamin E and Gynostemma extract respectively Within 24 h after taking the skin tissue. The contents of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and hydroxyproline (HYP) were measured. [Result] Gynostemma pentaphyllum increased the activities of GSH-Px and CAT, the content of HYP and the content of H2O2 in the skin of photo-aged mice. [Conclusion] Gynostemma has a protective effect on skin photoaging.
