田径运动是各项体育运动项目产生、演进以及发展的基础,田径运动也是能够帮助学生养成良好的节奏感、提高速度、确保人体机能以及形态得以最佳发展的有效途径之一。田径运动能够有效地促使学生全面的发展,而且还能够锻炼他们的身体素质。因此,在体育教学时,也要给予田径运动足够的重视。
Track and field sports are the basis for the generation, evolution and development of various sports events. Track and field sports are also one of the effective ways to help students develop a good sense of rhythm, increase their speed and ensure the best possible development of human functions and forms. Track and field can effectively promote the students’ overall development, but also can exercise their physical quality.
