法国木材纤维素协会试图以每月25000株的繁殖速度,成批生产桉树耐寒无性系苗。选育出的13个无性系中,目前仅利用冈尼桉(Eucalyptus gunnii)、山桉(E.dalrympleana)及其杂种,其余选育出的各个种的繁殖计划尚未实施。侧芽的增殖是采用Fossard用过的方法,但我们是采用活性炭来促进幼苗的伸长。离体培养下的促根是用稀释培养基、在暗室和低温条件下进行。专门设计了一种供幼苗适应环境用的培养器。按照本计划生产无性系苗的成本大约为传统方法育苗成本的两倍。
The French Timber Cellulose Association is trying to mass produce eucalyptus cold-resistant clones at a rate of 25,000 plants per month. Of the 13 clones bred, currently only Eucalyptus gunnii, E. dalrympleana and their hybrids are used, and breeding programs for the remaining species have not yet been implemented. The proliferation of lateral buds is based on the method used by Fossard, but we use activated carbon to promote seedling elongation. Prodromal rooting in vitro is performed with dilute media in dark rooms and at low temperatures. Specially designed for seedlings to adapt to the environment with the incubator. The cost of producing clones under this program is about twice the cost of traditional methods of raising seedlings.
