本文报告2例小儿失神发作伴自动症。2例均为男患儿,年龄分别为6岁和9岁。例1半年来反复发作性伸舌、舌尖在唇周运动,持续时间约20～30s,事后询问无意识,数天发作一次或一天发作数次。例2 1月来反复右上肢发作抽动,发作时面部表情茫然若失,持续约数秒至30s,发作结束后无记忆。2例神经系统检查和头颅CT均 This article reports 2 cases of pediatric absence seizures with autism. 2 cases were male children, aged 6 and 9 years old respectively.
