在分析城市交通与土地混合利用互动规划必要性的基础上,利用土地混合度与路网饱和度度量了城市土地混合利用水平与交通运行水平,建立了它们之间的函数关系。通过对函数关系的分析,建立了通过分区-指标评价-改善土地混合度-整体交通需求模式转型的城市交通与土地混合利用互动规划方法,并对济南的20个小区进行了实例分析。研究结果表明:土地混合度的提高有助于提高交通就地吸纳率,缓解路网的交通压力;在进行城市规划时,将不同小区按照土地混合度进行阶段划分,按照小区所处的阶段进行相应的土地混合利用规划,可以有效地提高交通系统效率。
Based on the analysis of the necessity of interactive planning of mixed utilization of urban transportation and land, the mixed utilization of urban land and the level of traffic operation are measured by the degree of land mixed degree and the degree of road network saturation, and the functional relationship among them is established. Through the analysis of the functional relationship, an interactive planning method of urban traffic and land use by means of zoning - index evaluation - improvement of land mix - overall traffic demand mode transformation was established, and twenty districts in Jinan were analyzed. The results show that the increase of land mixing helps to improve the local absorption rate of traffic and relieve traffic pressure on the road network.
