本文观察了60例冠心病人甲襞微循环变化,并与正常值相比较:冠心病组管袢数及输入枝管径均小于正常人,输出枝管枝及袢顶管径均大于正常人,经统计学处理,差异显著(P<0.01)。管袢畸形交叉增多,冠心病组血流明显减慢,红细胞聚集增多,渗出,出血及乳头下静脉丛扩张增多,明显高于正常人。本文观察结果与既往文献报道基本相符,并从临床角度进一步证明甲襞微循环检查对冠心病有一定辅助诊断意义。

Tubal deformity cross increases, coronary heart disease blood flow was significantly slowed down, increased erythrocyte aggregation, exudation, bleeding and dilated papillary venous plexus was significantly higher than normal. The observation of this article is basically consistent with previous reports, and from the clinical point of view to further prove that nailfold microcirculation examination of coronary heart disease have some auxiliary diagnostic significance.
