目的对2013年新疆霍城县门诊病人高危人群布鲁氏菌病的检测,了解和掌握血清学阳性和布鲁氏菌病的分布情况,为今后制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对布鲁氏菌病的高危人群进行血清学检测,SAT:1∶100++以上者为阳性。结果血清学检测472份,阳性212份,阳性率44.92%;不同职业人群血清学检测,畜牧工作者阳性率最高,为68.53%,学生阳性率最低为2.17%;男性阳性率(51.86%)高于女性(30.00%),男女比例为3.71∶1;民族分布中回族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族阳性率最高分别为61.82%、57.50%、56.12%,汉族和其他民族阳性率较低;地区分布中阳性率最高的是三宫乡、兰干乡、清水镇、萨尔布拉克镇,分别是87.50%、80.65%、65.63%、53.57%;不同年龄组中40岁~年龄组阳性率最高48.67%,其次是30岁~和20岁~年龄组,阳性率分别是44.87%和41.57%。结论霍城县需加强牲畜流通环节的检、免疫和管理工作,切断传染源,居民需提高和加强防病意识,做好高危人群布鲁氏菌病的检测工作;宣传教育仍是今后布鲁氏菌病防治工作的重点。
Objective To investigate the distribution of brucellosis among high-risk outpatients in Huocheng County, Xinjiang in 2013, and to understand the distribution of brucellosis and seropositivity, so as to provide a scientific basis for future prevention and treatment measures. Methods Serological tests were performed on high-risk brucellosis patients. The SAT: 1: 100 +++ was positive. Results 472 serological tests were positive, with 212 positive and 44.92% positive rates. The highest positive rate was 68.53% and the lowest was 2.17%. The positive rate of male was 51.86% In women (30.00%), the male-female ratio was 3.71:1. The highest positive rates of Hui, Uygur and Kazakans were 61.82%, 57.50% and 56.12%, respectively, while the positive rates of Han and other ethnic groups were lower in ethnic distribution The highest positive rates were San Gong, Lan Ganxiang, Qingshui, Sarbulak, which were 87.50%, 80.65%, 65.63% and 53.57%, respectively. The highest positive rate was 48.67% in different age groups from 40 years to age group, , Followed by 30 years old ~ and 20 years old ~ age group, the positive rates were 44.87% and 41.57% respectively. Conclusion Huocheng County need to strengthen the quarantine, immunization and management of livestock circulation, cut off the source of infection, residents need to improve and strengthen the awareness of disease prevention, do a good job in the detection of brucellosis in high-risk groups; publicity and education is still the future of Bruce Fungi prevention and control of the focus.
