本研究选用一组同核异质不育系,四组同质异核不育系及保持系分别与测验系组成不完全双列杂交。对测交F_1及三个恢复性组合的不同回交世代的育性表现从田间和室内两个方面进行了比较鉴定。结果表明:同核异质组的不同胞质及同质异核组不同核背景对育性表现均有影响。不同回交世代细胞核组成比例上的不同对育性表现存在有一定的影响。不育系的育性除主要受主效基因控制外,似乎还明显地存在微效多基因的作用效应。不育系的育性表现是质核互作的结果,且呈现出一定的剂量效应。
In this study, a group of heteronuclear sterile lines were selected. Four groups of homozygous heterokaryotic sterile lines and maintainer lines were composed of incomplete diallel crosses with the test lines respectively. The fertility performance of different backcross generations of F_1 and three restoring combinations was identified from both field and indoor aspects. The results showed that different nuclear backgrounds in different cytoplasmic and homogeneous heterokaryotic groups of homonuclear heterogeneous group had effects on fertility. Different backcross generations had different effects on the fertility. In addition to fertility mainly due to the dominant effect of genetic control, it seems that there is also obviously the role of micro-multi-gene effect. The fertility of sterile lines is the result of the interaction between the nuclei and nucleus, and shows some dose effects.
