目的 研究家兔激素性青光眼 (SIG)的眼压与房水心钠素 (ANF)的关系。方法 2 3只家兔随机分成 2组 :观察组和对照组。观察组隔日给家兔结膜下注射地塞米松0 .5 m g,对照组隔日结膜下注射生理盐水 ,体积同观察组 ,共 15次 30 d。每周测量家兔眼压 ,实验前、后测定房水心钠素 ,1mo后分析眼压和心纳素的关系。结果 1mo后观察组家兔眼压提高了 0 .6 7k Pa± 0 .49k Pa(t=6 .13,P<0 .0 1) ,房水心钠素提高了 39.3ng· L- 1± 15 .9ng· L- 1 (t=8.79,P<0 .0 1) ,对照组家兔眼压和心钠素均未见显著改变。1m o后观察组房水心钠素和眼压的相关检验 ,r=0 .5 1,P<0 .0 5。结论 家兔激素性青光眼的房水心钠素与眼压调节有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) and atrial appendage (ANF) in glaucoma (SIG) of rabbits. Method 2 3 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. On the other day, the rabbits in the observation group were injected subconjunctivally with dexamethasone 0.55 g, and the control group was injected normal saline on the other day with the same volume as the observation group for 15 times for 30 days. Rabbit intraocular pressure was measured weekly, atrial natriuretic peptide was measured before and after the experiment, and the relationship between intraocular pressure (IOP) and carotenoid was analyzed after 1 month. Results After 1 month, the intraocular pressure of rabbits in observation group increased by 0.67kPa ± 0.49k Pa (t = 6.13, P <0.01), and the atrial natriuretic peptide increased by 39.3ng · L- 1 ± 15.9ng · L -1 (t = 8.79, P <0.01). There was no significant change in intraocular pressure and atrial natriuretic peptide in the control group.
