电晕除尘机和分級机的原理是利用在处于强电場作用下的气体(空气)中产生的物理現象。这类选矿机的一部分电极通常是接地式的,由密实的和穿孔的板面制成,而另一部分电极是电暈式的,由細金屬絲和棒等制成。当加給上述电极以等一电位差时,則在細导綫(与电源的負极相連接)附近产生电暈电荷。此时,形成同号的体电荷,向接地电极移动的离子对置于选矿机极間空隙的全部物料粒子进行充电。
The principle of the corona dust collector and classifier is to take advantage of the physical phenomena that occur in the gas (air) under the action of a strong electric field. A part of the electrodes in these concentrators are usually grounded, made of dense and perforated plates, while the other part is of a corona type made of fine wire and rods. When applied to the above electrodes for a potential difference, a corona charge is generated in the vicinity of the thin wire (connected to the negative electrode of the power supply). At this time, the same number of body charges are formed, and the ions moving to the ground electrode are charged to all the material particles placed in the gap between the electrode plates of the concentrator.
