The model of global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was used to observe the effects of PBHb on the neurotransmitter amino acid (EAA) transmitter and calcium metabolism in brain tissue before and after ischemia. The results showed that compared with the ischemia reperfusion group and the albumin control group, the brain protection PBHb group could significantly reduce the release of glutamate (Glu), while the brain resuscitation PBHb group this effect was not significant. Brain protection and recovery PBHb group can effectively inhibit the occurrence of calcium overload. The above results suggest that PBHb can block the occurrence of calcium overload by reducing the release of EAA and play a good role in brain protection and recovery.
