一、问题的提出在灌区灌溉管理中,许多现象和概念具有不同程度的模糊性,如“天早”,“天涝”,“需要灌溉”等,用传统数学是不易描述的。引入隶属函数后,就可以用隶属度描述某一模糊概念的程度。系统工程十分强调整体效果最优。在“井渠结合”灌区,影响灌溉效果的因素众多,且各因素之间的关系错综复杂。在灌溉管理中引入模糊多目标决策的方法,可以使管理人员减少盲目性,作出比较合理的决策,提高科学管理水平。
I. PROBLEM PROBLEMS Many phenomena and concepts have different degrees of ambiguity in irrigation management in irrigation districts, such as “early morning”, “waterlogging” and “need irrigation”, which can not be easily described by traditional mathematics. After introducing the membership function, we can use the degree of membership to describe the degree of a fuzzy concept. System Engineering emphasizes the overall effect is optimal. In the “well-well combination” irrigation area, there are many factors affecting the irrigation effect, and the relationship between the various factors is complicated. The introduction of fuzzy multi-objective decision-making in irrigation management can reduce the blindness of managers, make more rational decisions and improve the scientific management level.
