铬钼钢以其较好的抗氢腐蚀性能和抗高温强度在化工压力容器中应用十分广泛,在化工压力容器壳体和封头部位,铬钼钢作为首选材料。但铬钼钢具有自身的独特性,因此对化工铬钼钢设备设计和制造具有较高的要求,而且制造过程中还需要做好检测工作,从而有效的提高化工铬钼钢设备在使用过程中的可靠性。分析了铬钼钢压力容器的结构设计,并进一步对化工铬钼钢设备制造及检测中的相关问题进行了具体阐述。
