航路容量制约了民航的发展,考虑影响航路容量的基本因素,建立仿真模型确定航路容量。根据机场终端区分布、航线网络等因素,利用模糊评价排序算法确定多机场终端区的放行策略,解决基于航班时刻优化的多机场地面等待问题,有效地提高机场运营效率和安全性。
The route capacity restricts the development of civil aviation, considers the basic factors that affect the route capacity, and establishes a simulation model to determine the route capacity. According to the distribution of airport terminal area and route network, the fuzzy evaluation ranking algorithm is used to determine the release strategy of multi-airport terminal area and solve the problem of multi-airport ground floor optimization based on flight time optimization so as to effectively improve airport operation efficiency and safety.
