目的:调查云南省大理白族自治州祥云县蚊虫中蚊媒病毒携带情况。方法:2017年8月在祥云县水涨地、清华洞捕蚊,对蚊虫分类鉴定、计数,接种至BHK-21细胞分离病毒,阳性分离物用RT-PCR扩增序列,鉴定分析病毒种类和分子特征。结果:共捕获蚊虫20 276只,其中86.87%为三带喙库蚊,7.89%为按蚊,1.29%为致倦库蚊,3.95%为其他未分类蚊种。病毒分离后获得阳性分离物17株,均为乙脑病毒I型,其中16株来自三带喙库蚊,1株来自按蚊。结论:三带喙库蚊为祥云县的主要优势蚊种和带毒蚊种;首次在祥云县分离到乙脑病毒,且均为基因I型。“,”Objective:To investigate the status of mosquito-borne viruses in mosquitoes in Xiangyun county of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan province.Methods:Mosquitoes were caught in Shuizhangdi village and Qinghua cave in Xiangyun county in August 2017. The mosquito specimens were classification, identified and counted. The specimens were innoculated in BHK-21 cells to isolate the virues. Postive cultures were used to amplify gene sequences with RT-PCR. The species and molecular characteristics of the viruses were then analyzed.Results:A total of 20 276 mosquitoes were caught. n Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 86.87%, n Anopheles accounted for 7.89%, n Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus accounted for 1.29% and others unidentified mosquitos accounted for 3.95%. Seventeen positive cultures were obtained and RT-PCR results indicated that all strains were Japanese encephalitis virus genotype I, including one stain from n Anophele and 16 from n Culex tritaeniorhynchus.n Conclusions:Culex tritaeniorhynchus is the predominant and virus-carrying mosquitoes species in Xiangyun county. This is the first time to isolate Japanese encephalitis virus in mosquitoes of Xiangyun county, and all strains were genotype I.n
