目的 介绍计算机在辅助治疗帕金森病手术中的应用。方法 对 70例帕金森病患者在局麻下安装Leksell-G型定向仪框架 ,进行MRI轴位像扫描 ,将获得的图像传至计算机工作站 ,使用“立体定向手术计划系统”进行图像三维重组 ,确定正中矢状面及前后联合 ,输入核团解剖坐标 ,计算机计算出相应的框架坐标 ,选择入颅点 ,确定适宜的入颅角 ,结合微电极记录系统和射频电极进行电生理定位 ,实施立体定向手术。结果 70例患者经计算机靶点计算与手工计算对比 ,术中电生理验证 ,证实计算机靶点计算精确度高 ,能选择最佳的入颅角度 ,取得满意的手术效果。结论 计算机辅助治疗运动障碍性疾病是一种安全、有效、精确的方法
Objective To introduce the application of computer in adjuvant treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Results 70 patients were compared by computer target calculation and manual calculation, intraoperative electrophysiological validation confirmed that the calculation of computer targets high accuracy, can choose the best angle into the skull, and achieved satisfactory surgical results. Conclusions Computer-assisted treatment of dyskinesia is a safe, effective and accurate method
