本文研究了ZA27合金在中性3%NaCI溶液中的腐蚀行为。根据盐雾腐蚀试验和常规3%NaCI溶液对ZA27合金腐蚀组织观察和分析,指出合金化和热处理状态对ZA27合金腐蚀特性有一定的影响。ZA27合金的腐蚀特点是:晶界腐蚀和选择相腐蚀共同作用。选择相腐蚀的特点是在试样表面形成许多球状白色锈斑,其腐蚀产物为ZnCO_3、ZnO(ZnO(OH)_2)及ZnCI_2的复合组织,晶界腐蚀的特征是在晶界出现明显的腐蚀开裂。
In this paper, the corrosion behavior of ZA27 alloy in neutral 3% NaCl solution was investigated. According to the salt spray corrosion test and conventional 3% NaCI solution on the corrosion of ZA27 alloy microstructure observation and pointed out that alloying and heat treatment of ZA27 alloy corrosion characteristics have a certain impact. ZA27 alloy corrosion is characterized by: grain boundary corrosion and selective phase corrosion together. The selective phase corrosion is characterized by the formation of many spherical white rust spots on the sample surface. The corrosion products are composite structures of ZnCO_3, ZnO (ZnO (OH) _2) and ZnCl_2. The grain boundary corrosion is characterized by obvious corrosion cracking .
