通过在不同负荷的运动训练状态下,观察大鼠血清BUN、Scr、尿蛋白排泄率以及肾组织TGFβ-1表达的变化,研究不同负荷的运动训练对大鼠肾组织结构、功能及肾组织TGFβ-l表达的影响,以及揭示肾组织TGFβ-1的表达对肾脏组织结构、功能变化及运动性蛋白尿产生的作用及机制。实验结果表明:综过8周过度训练后,大鼠血清BUN、Scr及尿TP排泄率显著升高(P<0.05),肾组织TGFβ-1表达明显增加,表明过度训练造成肾小球及肾小管超微结构的伤害,随着ECM过度堆积,发生肾间质纤维化,加剧肾单位的损害,导致肾小球滤过和肾小管重吸收功能的下降。提示过度训练导致肾组织TGFβ-1表达的显著增加,是过度训练造成肾组织超微结构及功能损害的重要因素。
By observing the changes of serum BUN, Scr, urinary protein excretion and the expression of TGFβ-1 in renal tissue under different exercise load, the effects of exercise training on the changes of renal tissue structure and function, -l expression, as well as to reveal the role of renal TGFβ-1 expression in renal tissue structure, function changes and exercise proteinuria and its mechanism. The results showed that after 8 weeks of over-training, the serum BUN, Scr and urinary TP excretion rate were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the expression of TGFβ-1 in renal tissue was significantly increased, indicating that excessive training resulted in glomerular and renal Tubule ultrastructure damage, with the ECM excessive accumulation of renal interstitial fibrosis, aggravating nephron damage, leading to glomerular filtration and renal tubular reabsorption decline. Tip over-training led to a significant increase in renal TGFβ-1 expression, excessive training is caused by renal tissue ultrastructure and function of an important factor.
