每年开展设备宣传月活动是原上钢三厂近几年促进设备管理工作的重要举措和经验.1996年以上钢三厂为核心成立浦东钢铁(集团)公司后,公司领导继续把设备管理工作放在重要位置,坚持开展设备宣传月活动.这次设备宣传月活动自1996年6月1日公司主管设备管理工作的副总经理作电视讲话动员始,至7月上旬历时40天,全公司上下共有9200余职工参加,活动开展得有声有色,取得了丰硕的成果.开展本次设备宣传月活动的指导思想与目标是,发动全体职工,进一步学习贯彻《设备管理条例》,深化全员设备管理意识,加强班组建设,体现“自主管理、自我约束”精神,广泛开展“操检合一”、“三好四会”活动,苦练过硬本领,为实现公司1996年生产任务,提高企业经济效益提供可靠的设备保证.
