在机械修理行业,经常遇到偏心盘件加工。用常规穿偏心轴的加工方法只能对付一般的偏心件,碰到工件孔小而偏心量大或偏心量有系列要求的零件(如摇臂钻Z35的夹紧偏心套备件,偏心量为1,1.5, 2)就不易解决了。为了解决以上难题,又能节省工装费用及时间,设计了车用可调偏心盘。偏心盘主要由偏心量皆为E(图中E=7)的偏心体1及偏心盘3组成。偏心盘上有一根拧入盘偏心孔的心轴5(见图1)。
