细绿萍有很强的的固氮能力,在畜牧业生产中,它是成本低、繁殖快、含蛋白质高、适口性好的畜禽青粗饲料,现已成为我国重点科研推广项目之一。为了提高细绿萍产量,84年我室做了以下几项试验,现总结如下。一、试验方法在平坦的地面上用砖砌成水池子,池底铺上塑料薄膜,上面均匀的撒上黑土5~10厘米厚,加水5~15厘米深,每天详细观察细绿萍生长情况。每天早、午、晚测试气温、水温、光照强度,记录日照长度、细绿萍下种量、增殖数量、繁殖天数及生长状态等。
