无底柱分段崩落采矿法的典型方案是端部放矿,进路式后退回采,进路采取菱形布置.按风动无轨设备考虑,采矿进路长度一般为40~60米;每条采矿进路均为独头作业,回采工作面用局部扇风机抽出或压入式供风.随着开采深度的增加和柴油无轨设备的使用,这种方案的通风问题越来越突出.由于通风管理复杂,防尘工作困难,我国采用这种方案的矿山粉尘浓度一般都偏高.本文就如何改善无底柱分段崩落采矿法的采场通风问题作一些探讨.
