至1994年8月,开窗侧钻技术在辽河油田应用完成136口,其中Φ177.8mm套管内开窗侧钻133口,Φ139.7mm套管内开窗侧钻3口。平均单井恢复产能11.3t/d,最高产量72t/d,累计增产原油18万t。侧钻单井成本40～45万元,相当于钻更新井费用的1/3～1/2。完井质量合格,符合开发要求。该项技术已形成配套工艺技术、系列侧钻工具和计算机应用软件,以及多种完井方法。
As of August 1994, the open-window side-drilled technique was completed in Liaohe Oilfield with 136 holes, of which 133 were fenestrated in Φ177.8mm casing and 3 were side-drilled in Φ139.7mm casing. The average single well recovery capacity of 11.3t / d, the maximum output of 72t / d, a total increase of 180,000 tons of crude oil. The cost of sidetracking a single well is 40 to 450,000 yuan, which is equivalent to 1/3 to 1/2 of the cost of drilling a new well. Well completion quality, in line with the development requirements.
