在市场经济条件下,经济关系之间的纽带主要体现为合同关系,市场运作的特点也体现为合同的运作,市场主体各方面都靠合同来履行各自的权利和义务。对于企业而言,能否实施有效管理把好合同关,是现代化企业经营管理成败的一个重要因素。笔者以多年从事合同管理工作的实践为基础,从合同管理的实际操作角度论述了现代企业合同管理中存在的几个问题,剖析了问题产生的原因并提出了解决问题的办法。 Under the condition of market economy, the bond between economic relations is mainly manifested in contractual relations. The characteristics of market operation are also embodied in the operation of contracts. All parties in the market rely on contracts to perform their respective rights and obligations. For enterprises, the ability to implement effective management of the contract is an important factor in the success and failure of modern enterprise management. Based on the practice of contract management for many years, the author discusses several problems existing in modern enterprise contract management from the perspective of contract management, analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the solutions to the problems.
