铝表面在空气中会生成一层很薄的自然氧化膜,它虽能保护铝免受大气的继续腐蚀,但耐蚀性极差。为了提高纯铝及铝合金的耐磨、耐蚀性,可采用人工的方法在铝表面制成氧化膜。制氧化膜一般可分为化学法及电化学法。其中电化学法被广泛应用于生产中。一、铝及其合金的杂质对氧化膜的影响我厂采用高纯铝镁合金的成分见表1。
