用手术显微镜观测了48侧成人后丘脑的动脉,并用墨汁明胶灌注、厚片透明、碱性磷酸酶染色示血管内皮及甲酯铸型法,在体视显微镜和扫描电镜下观察了14侧胎儿后丘脑的微血管构筑.后丘脑的动脉分为内侧膝状体丘脑动脉、外侧膝状体丘脑动脉和膝状体间丘脑动脉.前两者中的小支分布到内、外侧膝状体,较大支及膝状体间丘脑动脉主要分布至丘脑枕中、上部.外侧膝状体微血管呈疏密相间排列,内侧膝状体毛细血管网致密,无分层现象.后丘脑微血管铸型的表面特征与丘脑相类似,微动脉多呈锐角分支,微静脉单独走行或几条微动脉围绕一条微静脉.可见毛细血管吻合和毛细血管前吻合.
