用单辊和双辊法进行液态金属急冷淬火得到厚度为1.30mm,宽度为15mm及厚度为0.35mm,宽度为40mm的Pd-Ag-Si合佥非晶态条带,其几何尺寸满足声信号传输条件。用此材料做成实用及性能良好的超声延迟线器件。测得该材料的声速为1.71km/sec(剪切波),在30MHz下超声衰减≤0.15dB/μs。
