本文重新探讨了双层组合套管载荷和力学模型问题。指出了当前研究双层组合套管载荷的不足之处,并提出双层组合套管和地层完全接触和对称挤压工况下的两个力学模型,进行了求解,和对求解结果进行了分析,得出一些重要结论。然后对双层组合套管的效益进行了讨论,提出了与双层组合套管等效的单层厚壁管及双层组合套管效益系数的概念、得出了只有在采用薄壁或中厚壁组成双层组合套管时,水泥环对组合管才有明显的效益的结论。这一结论在双层组合套管的研究上更进了一步。
This article revisits the double-layer composite casing load and mechanical model problems. The deficiency of current research on the load of double-layer composite casing was pointed out. Two mechanical models of double-layer casing and complete contact and symmetrical extrusion of formation were proposed, solved and the results were analyzed , Come to some important conclusions. Then, the benefit of double-layer composite casing is discussed. The concept of the equivalent single-layer thick-walled casing and double casing efficiency coefficient is proposed. The results show that only by thin-walled or medium- Thick-walled composite double-casing, the concrete ring on the composite pipe has obvious benefits. This conclusion goes further in the study of double-layer cannulas.
