原发性恶性输卵管肿瘤是女性生殖系统的最少见的恶性肿瘤之一,仅占妇科癌肿的0.3％,作者研究了10例原发性恶性输卵管肿瘤病例,病理诊断9例为腺癌,1例为混合性Muller氏肿瘤。其中6例从初诊到疑诊输卵管恶性肿瘤的时间超过3个月,3例因肿瘤小,体检和超声漏诊,3例因肿块与子宫相连误诊为多发子宫平滑肌瘤。CT检查层厚10mm,均做增强扫描,MR检查8例采用1.5T,
The primary malignant fallopian tube cancer is one of the fewest malignant tumors of the female reproductive system, accounting for only 0.3% of gynecologic cancers. The authors studied 10 cases of primary malignant fallopian tube tumors and 9 of them were adenocarcinoma, 1 An example is a mixed Muller’s tumor.
