武钢“一米七”轧制极薄板的W08F钢的镀锡原板,其钢质和力学性能符合国际镀锡板要求水平,但是钢锭轧成坯的成坯率低。本文通过测定钢中的[O]和对生产数据分析,找出影响W08F钢切头废品率的主要因素,提出了减少切头废品率提高成坯率的措施,取得了显著的经济效益。测定钢中[O]_罐量,其结果是对钢坯切头废品率(Y)有明显的影响,即Y随[O]_罐的增加而增加,并得出如下关系式, Y=-5.34+0.0338[O]_罐 [O]_罐在300~410PPm比大于410PPm的试验结果表明,钢坯切头率平均降低3.12%,所以300~410PPm的[O]_罐暂定为控制范围。在罐中未用AL调[O]的条件下,罐中钢水的C、Mn含量影响[O]_罐有如下关系。 [0]_罐=522.5+11.4/[%C]-752.8(%Mn) 因此,将C、Mn含量按成份标准要求上限控制,则使[O]_罐在300~410PPm范围。当然,对于要求有良好深冲性能的低C沸腾钢应采用在罐内加AL调整[O]_罐的方法。 W08F钢由于凝固过程中放气量大,采用人工锹加AL丸封顶钢锭不易被封住顶,而采用Ar气喷AL丸封顶新方法,使封顶层加厚,从而提高了封顶效果和改善钢锭头部结构。从试验对比结果来看,切头废品率降低了4.38%,并对钢质无不利影响。关于W08F钢坯头部的剪口断面上常出现“舌状”缺陷,从而增加切头废品率,甚至使钢锭长度不足4000毫米定尺长度要求,通过检验分析,认为该种缺陷主要是因S的偏析富集,当在剪切温度下由于受剪切应力而产生热脆所形成的。因此,将钢中S含量降低到≯0.015%,可消除或减轻“舌状”缺陷。对带“舌状”断面的钢坯也进行了轧制,初步结果说明,能生产出符合交货条件的镀锡板。因此,对W08F钢生产在正常工艺条件下,通过控制罐中的C、Mn量或用AL调整罐中[O],使[O]_罐在300~410PPm范围内;采用Ar气喷AL丸封顶;降低钢中S含量,减少S的偏析度;将使切头废品率减少,提高成坯率。
