本实验对采自全国花生主产区10个省市15个区县的105份花生根际土壤样品中的1255株真菌进行了区系分析,初步明确了不同产区花生根际土壤中常见真菌种类及真菌数量的差异。采用形态学分类的方法,归属21个属,大多数为有丝分裂真菌,其中,16个属为有丝分裂真菌,2个属为卵菌,3个属为子囊菌。青霉属(Penicillium)、木霉属(Trichoderma)、镰孢菌属(Fusarium)出现频率较高,其数量分别占分离真菌总数量的32.9%,16.2%和8.6%。
In this experiment, 1255 strains of fungi from 105 peanut rhizosphere soils collected from 15 districts and counties of 10 provinces and cities in the main peanut producing areas of China were analyzed. The results showed that common fungi Differences in species and number of fungi. Twenty-one genus were found, most of which were mitotic fungi. Among them, 16 were mitosis fungi, two were Oomycetes, and three were Ascomycetes. Penicillium, Trichoderma and Fusarium appeared more frequently, accounting for 32.9%, 16.2% and 8.6% of the total number of isolated fungi, respectively.
