目的提高食品污染物监测机构检测能力,评价实验室检测动物性食品中六六六和滴滴涕主要异构体及同系物含量的技术水平。方法对采用《动物性食品中有机氯农药和拟除虫菊酯农药多组分残留量的测定》GB5009.162-2008第二法气相色谱—电子捕获检测器法(GC-ECD)开展食品中有机氯农药残留检测的9家食品污染物监测机构,采用四分位数稳健统计方法处理结果,以Z比分数对食品污染物监测机构有机氯农药检测能力进行评估。结果鱼肉中六六六室间比对结果:α-666有2家食品风险监测机构可疑,β-666有1家食品风险监测机构不满意、1家食品风险监测机构可疑,γ-666有2家食品风险监测机构不满意、1家食品风险监测机构可疑,δ-666有1家食品风险监测机构可疑;鱼肉中滴滴涕室间比对结果:pp′-DDE有4家食品风险监测机构不满意,pp′-DDD有1家食品风险监测机构不满意,OP′-DDT有3家食品风险监测机构不满意、1家食品风险监测机构可疑,pp′-DDT有1家食品风险监测机构不满意。结论参加比对的9家食品风险监测机构,3家食品风险监测机构检测项目全满意,5家食品风险监测机构有不满意检测项目;甘肃省食品污染物监测机构有机氯类农药残留量检测能力各实验室间有一定差距,部分监测机构样品处理能力、检测方法优化和人员能力有待提高。
Objective To improve the detection ability of food contaminants monitoring agencies and to evaluate the laboratory techniques for the determination of the major isomers and homologues of BHC and DDT in animal foods. Methods The determination of organochlorine in food by GC-ECD with the method of “Determination of Residues of Organochlorine Pesticides and Pyrethroid Pesticides in Animal Food” GB5009.162-2008 by the second method Pesticide residue testing of 9 food contamination monitoring agencies, using quartiles of robust statistical methods to deal with the results, Z ratio scores of food contaminants monitoring organochlorine pesticides to assess the ability of detection. RESULTS: There were 2 food risk monitoring agencies in the α-666 suspect, 1 food risk monitoring agency in β-666 was not satisfied, 1 food risk monitoring agency was suspicious, 2 was γ-666 Food risk monitoring agencies are not satisfied, 1 food risk monitoring agencies suspicious, δ-666 1 food risk monitoring agency suspicious; DDT in fish room inter-comparison results: pp’-DDE 4 food risk monitoring agencies are not satisfied , pp’-DDD Not satisfied with 1 food risk monitoring agency, 3 food risk monitoring agencies in OP’-DDT were not satisfied, 1 food risk monitoring agency was suspicious, 1 food risk monitoring agency in pp’-DDT was not satisfied . CONCLUSIONS Nine food risk monitoring agencies, three food risk monitoring agencies, and five food risk monitoring organizations were satisfied with the testing items. Gansu Province, China Food Contamination Monitoring Agency, the detection limit of organochlorine pesticide residues There is a certain gap between the laboratories, part of the monitoring agency sample processing capacity, optimization of testing methods and personnel capacity needs to be improved.
