低分子右旋糖酐具有防止红细胞及血小板凝聚,降低血液粘滞性,改善微循环,抗血栓和扩张血容量等作用而在临床上广泛使用。本文报告静脉输入低分子右旋糖酐致虹膜睫状体炎1例。
Low molecular weight dextran is widely used clinically to prevent the agglutination of red blood cells and platelets, reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation, resist blood clots and expand blood volume. This article reports a case of iridocyclitis caused by intravenous infusion of low molecular weight dextran.
