This article describes tissue culture techniques for the rapid propagation of strawberry and the conservation of variety resources. Small ex vivo shoot tips were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different combinations of cytokinin and auxin. The effects of 6-benzylaminopurine (BA) and indole butyric acid (IBA) in the medium on the growth of shoot tip seedlings were tested. The test-tube seedlings grown in 0.5-1% mannitol medium were incubated at 10 ° C for 500Lx, Under the conditions of 8 hours of light per day for 15 months, the survival rate of more than 80%.
