目的探讨经用组合型人工肾抢救重度有机磷中毒的重要性。方法 2006年10月至2013年4月经用组合型人工肾抢救重度有机磷中毒患者50例,分析临床效果。结果 50例患者中46例治愈,2例患者家属放弃治疗自动出院,死亡2例,治愈率92%。结论组合型人工肾是血液透析与血液灌流的有机结合,通过透析、吸附的作用,即可清除毒物,又可清除过多的水负荷、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱、稳定内环境,保护重要脏器,提高治愈率,降低死亡率,是抢救治疗急性中毒有机磷中毒的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the importance of using combined artificial kidney to rescue severe organophosphorus poisoning. Methods From October 2006 to April 2013, 50 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning were treated with combined artificial kidney to analyze the clinical effect. Results Of the 50 cases, 46 cases were cured, 2 cases of family members abandoned their treatment and were discharged automatically. There were 2 deaths and the cure rate was 92%. Conclusion The combined artificial kidney is an organic combination of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion. Through dialysis and adsorption, the combined artificial kidney can remove toxic substances, remove excessive water load, correct the disturbance of acid-base balance of water and electrolyte, stabilize the internal environment and protect the important Organ, improve the cure rate, reduce mortality, is an effective treatment of acute poisoning organophosphate poisoning.
