社会主义市场经济在不断地发展改革,随着企业竞争力度的增加势必会产生企业兼并这一现象,现阶段企业兼并的情况已经越来越多越来越流行了。很多的企业都在依靠兼并来寻求发展,结果有好有坏不尽相同。本文作者主要研究了企业兼并中存在的主要问题,根据存在的问题提出了解决的几点措施。 The socialist market economy is constantly developing and reforming. With the increase of enterprises’ competitive strength, it is bound to produce the phenomenon of mergers and acquisitions. At present, the situation of mergers and acquisitions has become more and more popular. Many companies are relying on mergers to seek development, the results are good and bad are not the same. The author of this paper mainly studies the main problems in the merger of enterprises, and puts forward some measures to solve according to the existing problems.
