On the eve of the Spring Festival, the China Cuisine Association promulgated 10 major events in China’s catering industry in 2008. These 10 major events are respectively as follows: 1. Olympic dining has become a highlight of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games.
