教育史一直是中国近代史研究的重要课题。小学教育则为国民教育之根本,本文选取近代政治改革、革命的发源地——广州作为考察区域,探讨从学制改革至陈济棠主粤时期,广州小学教育薪金制度的变化和小学教师的薪金及其生活状况,揭示教育制度在制定和实际运作中,往往会面临许多问题,政策的制定和执行,不仅仅是一个政治、经济的问题,同时还要考虑到社会、文化层面。只有综合考虑各方要素,才能最终揭示制度与社会运作的内在机制。
Education history has always been an important topic in the study of modern Chinese history. Primary education is the foundation of national education. This paper selects Guangzhou, the birthplace of modern political reform and revolution, as the research area, and discusses the changes of the salary system of primary education in Guangzhou and the salaries of primary school teachers during the period from academic reform to Chen Jitang’s main YueDu period The living conditions reveal that in the process of formulation and actual operation, the education system often faces many problems. The formulation and implementation of policies are not only a political and economic issue, but also take into account the social and cultural aspects. Only by considering all the elements of the parties can we finally reveal the internal mechanism of the system and social operation.
