在高参数复杂工况条件下,机械密封摩擦副密封动环的固有振动特性将严重影响机械密封系统的工作性能及使用寿命.研究针对高参数波纹管机械密封装置摩擦副密封动环,建立了其动力学模态模型,进行了有限元分析,通过计算得到了动环在有无热载荷条件下的前十五阶固有振动频率、振幅及主振型;对动环在有无热载荷条件下的前十五阶模态振型变化趋势进行了对比分析,得到了动环周围的温度场对其固有振动频率的影响情况和动环的固有振动频率随模态阶数的变化规律.
